As a consultant Business Analyst, I am assisting with implementation of IDBS's BioBook Electronic Lab Notebook for Abbott's Global Research and Development division. My duties include scoping, requirement gathering, scheduling, implementation and deployment of updates to GPRD's core applications - Watson LIMS, ELN, Up To Data's iStudyReporter . This also involved integrating the various BioAnalysis systems between Europe and the US.

Bankers Life and Casualty, Insurance Agent   MI        June 2008 to November 2009
In this position, I assisted seniors in retirement planning including 401k, 403b, IRA rollovers as part of their overall retirement planning. I helped seniors solve their insurance needs, complimenting their retirement through life insurance, Medicare supplements, and long term care insurance policies.

This position required analyzing business processes, designing and recommending changes in preparation for an implementation of a Global LIMS system using SQL*LIMS as an off-the-shelf solution. As part of their decommissioning strategy, I helped develop a solution for migration and archival of legacy data, and remediation of custom programs of related systems while adhering to CFR 21 Part 11.

I was responsible for business development of the Midwest Region and delivered $250K deal for regulatory compliance services. We focused in on the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries.

Extrand Inc., Global Technology Manager Assigned to Baxter in Westlake Village CA   December 2003 to March 2005
This position was a consultant assigned to Baxter Bioscience and given the title of Global Technology Manager. I assembled two LIMS support teams (US and Austria) for the Bioscience and Pharmaceutical Division. I also lead implementation of a Global LIMS application into several domestic plants using a SQL*LIMS off-the-shelf solution adhering to CFR 21 Part 11. 90% Travel.

Pharmacia, IT Lead/Project Manager               July 2001 to December 2003
As a colleague, I lead the development, validation, delivery and implementation of Core LIMS system using SQL*LIMS as a basis for the solution. The project I managed had a budget of $8 MMUSD. We implemented the application adhering to CFR 21 Part 11. I also assisted in setting up a program office to administer each global implementation. This program office had an annual budget of $3 MMUSD.

Computer Aid Inc., Systems Analyst  Assigned to Kellogg's in Battle Creek MI     July 1997 to April 2001
This position encompassed several various job functions. I helped create and manage a multi-cultural support team for the Frozen Order Management System. I was the lead analyst who designed and implemented nightly support system for the Frozen Order Management System. I also assisted in the Year 2000 project for the legacy order management systems.

Systems Analyst           December 1988 to July 1997
In this position, I analyzed and developed Prosecuting Attorney and Circuit Court System on a Unisys Mainframe utilizing Cobol and DMSII. I was also the lead support analyst on several mainframe governmental applications.
