● P&L responsibility of the Customer Acquisition vertical for over $100K in daily revenue derived from pay-for-performance media. Marketing design & promotion for top-tier US brands provided across multiple online/offline mediums including Email, Promotional/Incentive, Paid Search/PPC, Media, Natural/Organic search and outbound call-centers.

● Brainstorm, plan, resource and execute new marketing tests and concepts. Formulate best practices and constantly optimize online properties for maximum conversion and consumer lifetime value. Work closely with distribution channel to manage affiliates to performance metrics, as defined by upper management and client expectations.

● Business liaison between technical, legal and marketing resources. ● Initially hired as one of two CMs during early development of the PPC Team managing approximately 50 campaigns across Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing, & the MSN AdCenter. Monthly revenues in our business unit, the organizations lowest, were derived from a single client/vertical; online education.

● Grew team to a dozen CMs managing portfolios of 100+ campaigns per engine, coverage had expanded to multiple 2nd Tier Engines and I was directly involved in negotiating an exclusive deal with Verizon Superpages. The new portfolios consisted of new verticals, contextual (Content/AdSense) and geotargeted (Local) campaigns. Instrumental in developing an in-house API-based bid management tool.

● Personally responsible for due diligence, structure and execution of successful campaigns for the following new verticals: Health, Business-to-Business, Private & Campus Schools. Increased non-education revenues from 3% to almost 27% of the book of business over a fifteen month period and expanded revenue-generating keyword sets by almost 5X.

● By assisting clients in developing long-term inventory-management strategies, we helped them optimize cash-flow and were commended for helping to achieve measurable improvements in EBITDA. Clients receiving supply-chain implementation consulting services included resellers from “mom-n-pop” shops to Fortune 500 retailers such as RadioShack.

● Rewarded the “New Hire Appreciation” prize for transitioning a record number of trade show leads to new purchasing customers. Promoted to larger accounts within 3 months, and placed in charge of Mid-West and Canadian territories, while servicing as internal support to outbound sales team.

Plans include the development of an industrial complex, aimed at employing local community members and a vocational training facility.

Started by some friends and I, we were able to secure first-round venture-capital funding, establish an office, hire a team of four Financial Consultants and build-out a client database.

Established internal processes for marketing, accounting and management of $20K/month marketing budget.
