I prepared agenda’s, meeting minutes, travel arrangements, maintained calendar’s, submittals/RFI’s (Expedition), scheduled appointments, travel arrangements, advertising, dictation, property management, leasing, show properties, heavy phones/front desk back-up and training, payroll, accounts payable/receivables, processed certified payroll for state and county entities, banking, processed claims, work orders, budgets, proposals, met with subcontractors, prepared contracts, pay applications, change orders, letter preparation, proof reading documents, spreadsheets, budgets, processed/distributed plans, and maintained all files.

My salary expectations are $45 – $60k annually, I left Plise Companies at $45,000/year plus bonuses and my current position I am at $55k/year + bonuses. I am seeking a long-term, multi-task oriented position, I can delegate work, train where necessary and self-starter with strong communication and customer service skills to include multiple diverse and/or demanding personalities, very flexible and adaptable to change. I maintain several certificates in software, media training and Nevada law and I am a Notary Public for the State of Nevada.
