  • Responsible for annual on-site risk mitigation audits of MBF’s nationwide commercial customer base (average outstandings $2.5 billion), with a strong emphasis on the identification of potential fraud and operational risk factors as well as compliance-related risks.

  • Key advisor and participant in the start-up of the on-site exam program.

  • Performed 120 on-site exams over a two year period.

  • Utilized technology to investigate potential customer- and mortgage loan-level issues, including ProMerit, Business Objects collateral exception reports, AppIntell’s DISSCO electronic fraud scoring system, Sysdome’s SafeCheck electronic social security number validation system, and Lexis-Nexis.

  • Generated management reports reflecting on-site audit results and recommendations.
