This large Japanese electronics manufacturer is globally retiring its legacy systems across its entire logistics network (From factory through export/vendor managed inventory hubs to domestic & overseas warehousing locations).
Managed customization, implementation, go-live & rollouts of 3 different Sterling Commerce Warehouse Management systems across customer’s over 20 locations in Japan (4th in progress). Role demands seeking and analyzing requirements, proposing functional designs, maintaining quality, ensuring smooth cut over & managing multi-cultural multi-location teams to collaborate and perform.
Additional account/program-level responsibilities include resource planning & utilization, billing & invoicing, crisis management & customer communications for other implementations in Germany & China and ongoing support in US, Japan, China & Singapore.
