Casino Services Supervisor; Responsible for the security of Company’s assets, review and compliance of company’s internal controls, departmental procedures and state regulations, with regards to all Cage and Coin operations, as well as, supervise, train, review and counsel cashiers. Maintain the operation and impressment of the Ticket Redemption Machines. *Casino Credit Supervisor; Supervise credit representatives on the preparation, documentation and maintenance of customers’ credit accounts. Train personnel, review and analyze all credit reports. Recommend approval or denial to Executive and assist in daily operations, such as; issuance, customer service and departmental efficiency.

Casino Credit Executive; Responsible for implementing the approved company credit policy and procedure with respect to establishing customers’ credit privileges by evaluating credit history of applicants. Monitor all credit play. Establishes disposition of credit issuance and follows-up on credit decisions. Reviews player ratings to assure legitimate credit play, while promoting positive customer relations. Previously held position as Cage Supervisor to Shift Manager, however accepted Credit Executive position prior to accepting Cage Shift Manager position offer.

Casino Cage Shift Manager; Responsibilities, the same as previously stated for Cage Supervisor, with the addition of scheduling and supervison of the Supervisory personnel. Credit/Collection Manager; Establish and maintain department policies and procedures. In addition to previously stated responsibilities as Credit Executive, also pursue the payment of return personal and counter checks, and arrange payment agreements.

Investigate and document applicants’ credit worthiness in accordance with company policy and procedure as well as state regulations.
