Looking for an energetic well organized personal assistant

I am a young energetic guy who has 3 Online Internet Companies and growing. I have around 15 people at my main office in Santa Monica where you will be working alongside me. I need someone with lots of energetic and a great attitude. I am looking for Personal Assistant to help me with many things:

Scheduling Meetings Via Outlook (please do not apply unless you have previous experience w/ Outlook!)

Taking my calls (Personal and Business)

Feeding my Dog

Walking my Dog

Handling Invoices

Billing Clients for me

Booking Travel

Going to the Market

etc.....

I basically need someone to help manage my life, make it more organized, less stressful and more efficient.
