Responsibilities:

  • Our Inbound Telesales Representatives assist new and existing customers with the purchase of all equipment and service offered by the Company. They provide customer assistance with promotions and work exclusively in a Telesales environment, receiving inbound calls. Required to achieve a sales quota. They also perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Inside Sales representative handling inbound calls from Mass Media advertising/lead generation, to sell all products and services offered by AT&T, in a bargained environment. Effectively sell to the customer's needs through the use of rapport building, probing for needs and recommending a complete package of multiple lines of service, rate plans, features and accessories. Meet and exceed all monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives, while ensuring the optimum customer experience and satisfaction. Work within set key performance measurements defined by the call center and management team. Process sales transactions using internal provisioning systems and follow set processes and procedures. Maintain strong knowledge of all company products, pricing, plans/packages, promotions and features offered.

Skills and Experience:

  • QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • One or more years of strong sales experience in wireless industry
  • PC, Windows, email and good typing skills are necessary to perform daily work functions
  • One or more years in a commission based environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast pace sales environment
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team member
  • Flexibility to work evenings/nights, weekends, holidays and occasional overtime based on the needs of the business
  • Must have 100% attendance in a 6-8 week New Hire Training class
  • Educate and sell to the customer needs over the phone
  • TESTS:
  • Call Center Simulation (E-Technologies) or previous Call Center experience within the last 5 years.
  • Salary: We offer a competitive salary, with a starting range of $12.96 to $15.33 per hour based on your experience and education. You also earn commissions for the sale of AT&T products and services. Plano Telesales Representatives can expect to earn $14,000 in just their first year. Our most experienced reps earned over $30,000 in commissions last year.
