Responsibilities:
- AT&T Customer Service Representatives consistently provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with services and routine requests, questions and concerns, and resolving customer issues.
Skills and Experience:
- Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- 6 months experience operating a computer in a Windows based environment
- Availability to work a flexible schedule which includes all hours of call center operation.
- Previous sales experience preferred.
