Over 15 successful years experience within Human Resources, specializing in sourcing and full life cycle recruiting, primarily throughout the United States. Because of the outstanding job performed for SAPMarkets, hired by the Baer Group. Provided recruiting strategy, leadership, business development, negotiations of contracts and agreements as well as sourcing/recruiting candidates. Reason for leaving: State of economy after 9/11.

 

Client: SAPMarkets (contracted through the Baer Group) (12/2000 – 6/2001)

Developed and implemented recruiting strategy and process. Provided sourcing and recruiting for this SAP B2B start-up. Positions such as: Project/Program Managers, Business Process Consultants, Sales Reps, Finance, Application Consultants, Integration Consultants, etc. Project had four (4) Contract Recruiters. SAPMarkets hired more individuals that I sourced/recruited, than the other three (3) Recruiters combined. Reason for leaving: Contract ended.

 

6/2000 - 12/2000 NetLever

Director of Recruiting - HR

NetLever was an internet start-up. Total ownership of establishing recruiting department, developing and implementing recruiting strategy. Managed recruiters and personally sourced and recruited ALL senior management for the company. Interfaced and strategized with department heads in Marketing, Project/Program Management, Finance, Operations, Product Development, Sales, Call Center as well as VP level at parent company, FairPoint Communications. Handled all HR to include new hire orientation, employee relations, benefits, maintaining personnel files, training, compensation, etc. Hired in excess of 60 people. Reason for Leaving: Company budget cuts. Company no longer in business.

 

8/1994 - 6/2000 Pro-Active Staffing, LLC

Business Development, Sourcing/Staffing/Recruiting/Strategy

Founded Pro-Active Staffing to provide Contract Recruiting, Retained Search and Consultative services for Domestic and International companies. Short term or part-time projects included AOL, Intel, Microsoft, and Affinity Technology Group.

 

Client: Technisource, Inc. – National Professional Services firm (Direct)

Personally recruited by the President (Tom Hoshko) to open and penetrate the Silicon Valley. Provided business development, sourcing, and recruiting. Developed and implemented recruiting strategy and process.

 

Client: Sea-Land Service, Inc. – Global Transportation company (Direct)

Acted in a lead capacity to source, interview, and recommend for hire, Project/Program Manager and above level in the areas of Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Information Technology. Interfaced daily with Vice President and Director levels within the organization. Positions included domestic and international locations. Managed staff of recruiters.

 

Client: IBM Global Services – Professional Services firm (Direct)

Recruiting Project Manager. Coordinated and facilitated hiring of Project/Program Management professionals. Point of Contact for all Year 2000 (Y2K) recruiting activity. This included Engineering, Financial and Technical professionals. Worked with IBM’s approved vendors, provided sourcing and direct recruiting strategy and process, initial interviews, and made recommendations for hires. Traveled throughout the US.

 

Client: Ernst & Young LLP – Professional Services firm (Direct)

SAP Recruiting Project Lead. Point of Contact and major participant for the international hiring effort. Developed and implemented recruiting strategy for Global resources. Provided sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and recommending for hire, individuals who were of a Management Consulting caliber. Level of individuals recruited was Sr. Consultant through Partner. Interfaced daily with Partners, Sr. Managers, and Area Recruiting Managers. Traveled throughout North America in an effort to qualify candidates. Also interfaced with contacts in Europe, Asia, South Africa and Australia in order to accomplish the mission. Heavy emphasis on process and diversity.

 

Client: Price Waterhouse LLP – Professional Services firm (Direct)

Sourced, recruited and interviewed candidates for the Products group made up of primarily SAP and Change Integration/Business Process Reengineering with secondary responsibility for Finance. Included individuals Sr. Consultants to Partners, which would equate to Program/Project Managers, Directors, and Sr. Directors. Found individuals within North America as well as Globally to include South Africa, Middle East, Europe and Asia. Ownership of recruiting professionals, managers, and directors. This included Engineering and Financials individuals, Program/Project Managers, and Technical. Established a recruiting strategy and process to include identifying source companies, building and negotiating an approved vendors list, advertisements, etc. Interfaced with counter parts in International/global locations.

Manager of Technical Staffing

CPi started in Charlotte in 1987 and grew to 7 branches throughout the country. Developed recruiting strategy. Through personal recruiting efforts and revenues produced thereof, contributed to the growth and success of the newly formed offices; CPi making the INC. 500 list several times; CPi being voted the fastest growing private company in the Piedmont and with the President/CEO (Tom Hoshko) being named North Carolina Entrepreneur of the year. Was CPi’s most successful recruiter and made the CPi President’s Club each year and for over three years. Was the only Recruiter in this prestigious club.
