Led design, testing, and deployment of Microsoft’s Unified Messaging VoIP solution in Accenture’s global infrastructure.

  • Coordinated with senior Microsoft and Cisco engineers to design and architect UM solution.

  • Resolved technical configuration and integration issues between Microsoft’s design and Accenture’s existing Cisco Call Manager infrastructure, including integration with NET VX voice switches.
