Managed and completed interior and exterior construction, remodeling, renovations, and retrofits for customer base of 350 homeowners and small commercial clients. Completed over 500 kitchen and bath renovations as well as custom woodworking, lighting, tile, marble, flooring, drywall, and custom decking projects.

Constructed and renovated multiple commercial and residential structures including concrete, woodframe, steel, and brick and stucco. Responsible for budget allotments, payroll, timeline schedules, equipment and materials planning, purchasing, zoning and permits, change orders, design modifications, and as-built projects. Managed and maintained multiple properties owned by Massa Construction. Achievements include six-year historical renovation of 50,000 sq ft 1830 hotel/spa with supervisory responsibility for 20-person trade staff.
Low Voltage Engineering Technician, Johnson Controls, Victor, NY
Designed, installed, trouble-shot, and debugged commercial fire alarm and suppression systems, i.e., Halon and CO2. Designed and implemented building automation and electronic security systems, including entry access, closed circuit television, fence protection, and electronic imaging. Scope of work included prison and jail systems, multiple story buildings, and storage depots. Co-engineered imaging infrared with Eastman Kodak .
