Women's Detox/Primary Counselor, 2009-2010

Detox Counselor for Detox/Primary program. Intakes and Assessments, group facilitation and documentation. Kept accurate medication logs, documented all encounters in a timely manner. Assisted clients and introduced them to 12 Step process of recovery. Excellent conflict resolution skills and performed crisis intervention as needed. Promoted from Detox/Primary Counselor (Part-Time On-Call) to Intensive Outpatient Services.

Intensive Outpatient Services Counselor. Responsible for a caseload of 25 clients, most of them in the criminal justice system. 12 core function, court reports, timely documentation, case management, referrals, crisis intervention, Individual Counseling and group facilitation. Drafted and implemented Corrective Plan of Action on 2011 County Audits (SAPC). Drug Court/SASCA Program Counselor. Also functioned as the back-up Court Liaison. Interfaced on a daily basis with Parole, Courts, Public Defender and District Attorney's office. Responsible for month-end reporting, county billing and SAPC reporting systems. Responsible for all county and SASCA audits, as well as formulating any Corrective Plan of Action that may need to be implemented. Achieved 100% accuracy rates on all county and SASCA audits from 2010 through current year audits.

Served as executive assistant to the owner/broker. Handled a busy phone system, functioned as primary liaison to clients and ensured a consistently positive customer experience. Expedited loan documents, bank loans and refinances. Interacted with loan representatives and banking personnel on a daily basis.
