Conduct workshops and demonstrate the use of job listings to assist applicants with skill building. Provide customer service by maintaining resource room equipment ready for use by monitoring and requesting supplies for the copier, fax machine, and printer, reporting malfunctions and request servicing as needed. Assists with Job Fairs by helping the applicants understand and complete the company application. Collect applications and keep track number of individuals attended the job fair. Assist individuals to self register themselves and/or file for unemployment insurance benefits in a computerized system by answering questions pertaining to required fields.
