Process policy endorsements, daily editing to document applications, computer files maintenance and up dates, demonstrate customer service through follow up mail out and phone calls to retrieve vital information from Hospital, Doctors, Vendors, and Lawyers, appointed and performed secretarial duties, responsible for answering and screening phone calls, keep recorded ledger of associates tardiness and absenteeism, distribute and collect times cards, sort and distribute payroll checks.
