Moulton Niguel Water District - Customer Service Rep 06/09-07/09

 

Handled customer support for the Niguel water district, including the phones, emails and making sure customer orders and complaints were taken care of. I also took care of the entering and verifying all the water meter reads that came in from the field. And I did the field reports required for water mgmt based on data brought in from the techs from the towers, tanks & pumps. I also took care sending and receiving the letters for billing, vacation turn-off’s and non-payment, including co-coordinating the letter distribution there. And took care of all the billing/receipts of all the water districts.

  • Coordinated with the other water districts, and brought other teams in to fill us in on the problems and solutions that they have come up with.

  • I was always the person they sent the problematic customers to, as I had the patients to handle irate customers and to calm them down.
