Daily manage the recruiting for the company to keep a constant base of candidates with marketable skills within the Real Estate Industry through posting ads on major job sites, searching resumes and industry networking; sorting and labeling resumes as a prioritizing tool to conduct phone interviews to determine eligibility, and schedule in-person interview. Process and maintain new hire paperwork as well as conduct employment verifications on all employees. Weekly communicate with candidates on availability to be able to shift recruiting priorities to maintain candidate base.
