  • Developed Payment Strategy business cases to better manage costs and streamline downsize of legacy bank operation platforms. Focused on float valuation, integrating Remote & Branch capture, Lockbox, ATM and selected strategic Image Replacement Document (IRD) print locations.

  • Designed and deployed a dynamic “analysis model” defining as-is (vs.) recommended Payment Strategy. The model identified a $1.4M annual cost save benefit opportunity thru ICL participation with Industry Payment groups. The groups include Viewpointe, SVPCO (Small Value Payments Company), Endpoint Exchange, PaymentsNation, Lending Tools (On-We Network), supported by ECCHO (Electronic Check Clearing House Organization).

Directed consolidation of 10 locations to (3) regional sites for Research/Adjustments.

  • Designed custom Incentive Program, hired (2) site managers, reduced FTE's from 1027 to 703. Resulted in 32% decrease in staff.
