Through my education I have become familiar with a variety of laboratory techniques and procedures including, Chromatography (Gas, Thin layer, paper, and liquid), Distillation (Simple, Fraction, and Steam), Gel electrophoresis, Spectrophotometry, Microscopy, Titration, PCR, Centrifugation, Western Blot, Staining and culture of microorganisms, and Aseptic technique. Also, in my most recent work I have gained experience in EPA methodology (EPA methods 3510C, 3541, 3550B, 3580A, 3620C, 3630C, 3660B, 3010A, 3050B, 7470A, 7471B).
