My duties included contract management of the “piggy-back” contract, generation and maintenance of subcontractor agreements, change orders, RFI’s, submittals, as-built drawings, project correspondence to subcontractors and clients, CPM schedule and associated logs and reports. Other responsibilities included liaison between subcontractors, client, Inspector Of Record, Architect of Record, and governing state agencies such as the Division of State Architect plan reviewers, State Fire Marshal’s office and State Elevator Inspectors.

  • Val Verde Unified School District, Citrus Hill High School ($10 Million):

  • Project consists of one complete campus consisting of 6 buildings.   • Downey Unified School District, Downey High School ($5 Million):

  • Project consists of the addition of 3 two-story buildings. My duties included contract management of the “piggy-back” contract, generation and maintenance of subcontractor agreements, as-built drawings, and project correspondence to subcontractors and clients. Other responsibilities included liaison between subcontractors, client, Inspector of Record, and governing state agencies such as the Division of State Architect plan reviewers, State Fire Marshal’s office and State Elevator Inspectors.

  • Fullerton Joint Union High School District, La Habra High School ($8 Million):

  • Project consists of the addition of 2 two-story buildings. My duties included contract management of “piggy-back” contract, generation and maintenance of subcontractor agreements, as-built drawings, and project correspondence to subcontractors and clients. Other responsibilities included liaison between subcontractors, client, Inspector of Record, and governing state agencies such as the State Fire Marshal’s office and State Elevator Inspectors.

  • Fontana Unified School District, Randall-Pepper Elementary School ($ 700,000):

  • Project consists of the addition of 2 single story buildings. My duties included contract management of “piggy-back” contract, generation and maintenance of subcontractor agreements, as-built drawings, and project correspondence to subcontractors and clients. Other responsibilities included liaison between subcontractors, client, and the Inspector Of Record.
