OBJECTIVE:

I have exhibited ability in communication with diverse groups and individuals. I have excellent organizational skills, along with the ability to manage and multi task in a fast paced dietary environment.
          

  AREAS OF ACCOMPLISHMENT:

MANAGEMENT

•         Listen to and resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel.

•         Hire, train, and evaluate personnel.

•         Direct and supervise 30 employees engaged in food preparation, and meal service.

•         Provide staff with assistance in performing difficult or complicated duties.

•         Plan and prepare work schedules, and assign employees to specific duties.

•         Planning and implementation marketing, and promotional strategies.

•         Interview job applicants to match their qualifications with employers' needs.

•         Fifteen years of Dietary Management experience.

 DIETARY SERVICES:

•         Started and implemented a successful Dietary Services program for The Abbey

•         Plan daily menus for residents, staff and family members.

•         Organized special diets for residents, in conjunction with the Consultant Dietitian. 

•          Responsible for publishing of monthly menus

•         Organized and implement menus for special events
