Project Intern for LAUSD School Construction

6/2008 - Present Pinnacle One/LAUSD, Sylmar, CA

• A. Putting all the incoming RFC’s into Expedition, making copies of the original and distributing them to the General Contractor and the Architect. B. Making any necessary copies, folders, labels and filing. C. Answering Phones and directing guests. D. Printing out the Weekly Safety Bulletins and hand it to the OAR to go over with the coworkers and then faxing them downtown at the end of each month. E. Taking regular photos of the site activities for record. F. Creating Transmittals. G. Inputting some Submittals and maintaining a log. H. Printing out Open RFC log for review on weekly construction meeting and collaborating with the General Contractor's Office Engineer to be on the same page and close the RFC's on a timely manner. I. Gaining valuable experience in the workplace.
