Responsible for the complete set up of new clients’ payroll service. Including:
-Inbound & outbound calls
-Problem solving on payroll checks & taxes
-set up of garnishments & supports
- Keys employee master file and balances
- Sets up company benefits and other deductions
- Installs banking features for direct deposit, reconciliation and direct debit of fees using client supplied bank account information
Establishes tax filing service using client supplied input documents
Conducts new client product training on both input and output forms via t                            telephone
Coordinates follow-up with sales and internal departments to ensure                                      accurate conversion
Produces client master file for EasyPay PC usage
Receives first payroll data from new clients and enters into the EasyPay                                system for processing
Maintain client awareness system on status of new clients during the                                    conversion process
Conducts turnover of new client to assigned EasyPay service Representative                      and Payroll Representative after successful processing of first payroll             
Receives and resolves incoming client questions concerning payroll         installation process and software
Receive initial training on ADP software and keeps up-to-date and                                          proficient on new product enhancements and changes
