  • Designed & delivered 7 training modules on volunteer policy, leadership, diversity and recruitment

  • Developed and supervised development of 1000+ service projects in the southeast. Designed and refined a facilitation model with consistently used criteria for reviewing community service projects

  • Introduced numerous training simulations and case studies to sharpen staff skills in counseling and critical analysis of diverse issues

  • Coordinated the production of a fifteen minute video on New York Settlement Houses; secured the voice over services of Phylicia Rashad gratis saving the organization thousands of dollars
