Responsibilities included Owners representative both US and International

for the total construction management and design coordination of major Marriott Hotels, Residence Inns and Springhill suites near the Orlando International Airport, and the Villages, Ocala Florida, Mexico, Costa Rica, Mayaguana Islands in the Bahamas. Atlantis Hotels Bahamas, St. Thomas Us Virgin Islands, Clients include are Strategic Hotels LLC, JHM Hotels, Hilton, Marriott, Four Seasons Resorts, Punta Mita Mexico and Weston Hotels.


  • Each hotel consisted of 300 plus rooms with 16Floors inclusive of vertical transportation Elevators, exquisite lobby finishes and designs, full coordination and buyout of all FFE.

  • Among other things I was personally responsible for all contract Coordination, and Owner representations, design criteria of Marriot specification as well as full implementation of design document and filed coordination with the Prime field Superintendents.

  • Responsible for the total budgets of all hotels as well as any changed condition negotiations by way of value engineering and quantifications of Change Orders.

  • Additionally I would Chair all Coordination Meetings with Owners and Lead Subcontractor.

  • Coordination of all Site improvements and Constructability review of all Projects, for permitting




HOK Architects (Design and Build Division)

  • Responsibilities included the facilitating and directing the on site 1 Prime Contractor, 50 Sub Contractors, Vendors and the Design Team, as well as the 6 Prime Government Consultants as well as MEP, Civil, Structural, technical disciplines.

  • I was directly responsible for the total project budget, as well as interfacing with the City attorneys and the Governmental authorities for permitting through Final Certificate of Occupancy.

    • Responsibilities Included the Design Coordination for the Federal Bureau of Prisons In Williamsburg South Carolina. This project had a $100 Million dollar budget.

    • I was responsible for all communications with the Lead Design Team, The Federal Bureau of Prisons, and the prime General Contractor.

    I coordinated the design intent with all Technical staff, Federal Bureau of

    Prisons Security Activities Directors and the Interpretations of the Federal

    Technical Design Guidelines, and interfacing with the Plans and the

    Specifications for the General contractor and the Prime Sub contractor
