Registered specialty contractor in Texas, Louisiana, Georgia and projects in Mexico. I developed
concept into a extremely successful business comprised of the following divisions.
Construction, with projects
including
demolition, remodeling and construction of K to 12 schools,
medical clinics, restaurants, sports resorts, multi level parking structures remodeling, industrial
plants, churches, and manufacturing facilities. Independent factory representative for major metal
building and component manufacturers. Project management consultant providing advising, locating
venture capital for domestic and Mexican construction projects valued at over $ 5 million USD.
Provided training for team of associates, positioning many to start their own companies and secure on
going subcontractor relationships with Bussa Developments. I had 47 employees. See lists of
projects. (Attached). Not all projects are listed. I sold the company.

Chosen to manage two sales territories for company specializing in architectural metal building
components, metal buildings, mini storage, boat storage, farm and factory, and residential building
products. Responsibilities included research and development of new products and material applications
for new markets. Design of new products out of waste materials. Co - Owner of several new standing
seam roofing applications for the modular housing industry. Territories managed - Houston, San
Antonio,East, and South Texas. I was awarded Regional Sales Manager of the year and highest profits
award. I implemented the first Dialing for Dollars program. This consisted of contacting former
clients who had quit buying from ASC. I turned over new sales from these
clients
to an average of
$ 187,000.00 per month with an average gross profit margin of 37.5%. Corporation was sold and I was
laid off. Ownership out of Australia.

Starting in inside sales - challenged by wholesale manufacture of aluminum building products for
residential and commercial application to increase sales, train new sales personnel. I taught
installation techniques of company products to dealers and installers. Worked with research and
development, authored numerous corporate installation manuals of companies products. Constantly
exceeded annual sales quotas by 12 to 18% realizing sales from $ 0 to $ 800,000.00 and finishing up at
$ 1,200,000.00 in annual sales. Resigned for advancement in industry for new challenges.

PROJECTS
BUSSA DEVELOPMENTS MAJOR PROJECTS:
Senior project manager/trainer for field superintendent - Houston ship channel
Worked in collaboration with the EPA and a local GC to rebuild several dock storage buildings
comprised of 210,000 sf. with a project value of$ 1,250,000.00 * Project was completed on time
and under budget.
Senior project manager for GC, State of Texas Parks and Wild Life. Consultant to State of Texas
architects concerning design and specifications of Mercer Arboretum structure. Specifying all
steel products, including purchasing and coordinating teams of sub contractors and manufactures.
Consultant to GC. Project completed two months ahead of schedule and under budget.
General contractor, senior project manager - Grant Prideco International directed remodeling of
existing manufacturing plant and construction of new buildings. Organized plant shut downs as
necessary, worked around manufacturing to limit the effects of construction delays for owner.
Completed each phase of construction and remodeling ahead of schedule, thus awarding Bussa
Developments numerous contracts with out the bidding process.
General contractor - Tuboscope Vetco International Redesigned manufacturing plant, Removing
existing buildings and erection of new metal buildings, cement slabs for heavy machinery and
equipment. Awarded without bid process
Project manager, Erector, Supplier to Masuda and Royal Plastics production plant 1992 to 1997 on
all phases. Chosen for a three phase project to provide the structural steel, metal buildings,
foundations, and erection of the metal buildings with a combined budget of
$
2,100,000.00. * Saved company 15 % of projected budgets.
Senior project manager/ specialty contractor/consultant to Private Mini Storage.
Contracted to complete major construction consisting of 12 projects throughout Texas that
included climate and non climate controlled mini storage buildings, boat storage, RV parking -
parking and storage parking areas. Management offices, apartments, post offices. Combined
projects totaling $ 7,800,000.00. Saved owner twelve percent of projected costs.
Consultant and specialty contractor to Formosa Plastics plant Port Lava Texas Contracted to
consult for structural steel contractors, senior project manager, and superintendent for the
specialty contractor throughout the erection of 138,000 sq. ft. building - with standing seam
roofing and steel wall panels. Utilized structural knowledge to correct structural steel
manufacturer error. In field re manufacturing ensured completion of project on time.
Senior project manager/ purchasing/ field supervisor - Houston ISD and Southern Georgia ISD.
contracted to redesign five elementary school retrofit roofs for Harris County ISD - average
project $ 3 M per school. Consulted with GC and steel manufacture for a new truss system and
roofing standing seam system. Provided redesign in the field with the Architects. Taught
erectors a new roofing system from the manufacturer and specialty trim for two new schools in
Georgia.
I have worked with numerous trade unions and non union contractors in training of the
installation of new products and roofing systems. To include video installation manuals.
CHASE GLOBAL INVESTMENTS MAJOR PROJECTS:
Completed funding for inter cities housing funding program. Project size 45,000 homes. Three
billion dollar budget. Multiple grants for clients awarded.
UNITED NATIONS ASSOCIATION MAJOR PROJECTS:
Raised 22 billion USD for United Nations Humanitarian projects in the USA for orphanages,
education, housing, food, clothing, medical facilities, unwed mothers, military families and
veterans.
I am currently working on 7 additional projects for humanitarian funding. This included the
trading of various currencies for gold. Gold bullion sales with various buyers around the
world. Buy/Sell platforms. I have contacts around the world for such trades and sales.
