-Receive, sort, log, deliver and distribute incoming mail and packages multiple times, daily, to designated locations at two adjacent buildings. Use of dolly provided for transporting mail and packages. -Shipping and delivery of UPS / FED-EX / DHL / USPS packages. Maintain the mail operation related equipment and keep the mail receiving area clean and well organized. -Support outgoing mail operation. -Maintain office supply items to include restocking supply cabinets, organizing and maintaining supply rooms and storage areas, and escorting vendors
