While working at Hy-Vee, I learned that to be a great employee you need to make good relationships with your coworkers, be friendly with customers and treat everyone with respect. I also learned that a hurried job is never as good as a thoroughly done job with emphasis on time management.
I have worked with many children while babysitting and I have learned to be great at multitasking. I have learned that you have to take pride in your work to really get a job done well.
While working at Rue 21, I learned that customer service is extremely important. If customers come to you complaining you have to take in what they say and agree while working on changing their opinion. I have learned that word choice and your use of body language are the most important parts of communication.
