Assist Engineers with proposals, project set-ups, reports and scheduling. Other responsibilities include, vendor communication, office purchasing, deliveries, invoicing, answering phone, filing, and faxing.

A/R Billing Supervisor: Oversee all facets of billing department. Responsible for all weekly billing, progress reports, maintaining database, and supporting staff during vacations and absenteeism.
