My responsibilities include, taking calls from large corporations,who are experiencing technical problems with their computer network. We had to probe the customer , to determine what type of issues they were having, if it was a Cisco related issue, and which engineer would be able to help them.
- My accomplishments at Manpower@cisco includes providing superior service to all types of customers. Most of the times when customers call in to the service center, they are upset , and it's usually a emergency situation. My first thing was to make the customer feel like I was really concerned., and the second thing was to make sure the customer knew that I was fully knowledgeable, and capable of solving the problem. At least once a month , I received customer compliments.
