Scheduled and performed tax audits on Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee
taxpayers doing business in North Carolina. Taxes audited were Corporate
(C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnerships and LLC’s), Franchise, Sales & Use, White
Goods, Lease Tax and Withholding. Assisted with training new auditors in
methods utilized in performing audits, completing audit reports and reviewing

Audits. These audits were a combination of financial reviews as well as
operational audits. Conducted in-briefings and out-briefings within all levels
of management. Performed risk assessments, interfaced with insurance carriers
and brokers, provided RFP’s and secured quotes and placement of coverage.
