• Being in the collections field required intense negotiation and team work, so consumers will pay their debt. I often had consumers pay on their debt and at times more than the minimum. As my negotiation skills improved I was rewarded with monthly bonus and some of my co-workers used me as an alternate talk-off. Many consumers I worked with were difficult people! In a short period of time I learned to listen comprehensively, stay calm, and polite and explain to the consumer why it is important to pay on their debt.

Transporting mental, suicidal, alcohol and drug abuse patients from hospital to facility.
