Debt Collector
CompuCredit (Card Services)
Manually and non manually calling consumers scheduling payment plans money transactions solving problems consumers may have
- Being in the collections field required intense negotiation and team work, so consumers will pay their debt. I often had consumers pay on their debt and at times more than the minimum. As my negotiation skills improved I was rewarded with monthly bonus and some of my co-workers used me as an alternate talk-off. Many consumers I worked with were difficult people! In a short period of time I learned to listen comprehensively, stay calm, and polite and explain to the consumer why it is important to pay on their debt.
