Leading a crew of up to 20. Responsible for giving all daily work assignments, delegating work, short staffing, making sure our crew meets our service level agreements; daily, weekly and monthly. Fills distribution trays and soulition and filter logs. Gets supplies and equipment for team. Helps manager with all special assignments. Also, gives daily assignments, directs and mentors up to 6 trainees weekly. Is the go to person for trainees.

• While being a training team leader and being heavily involved with training I was able to successfully complete the "Train the Trainer" program. Where I demonstrated my skills as a trainer , in job knowledge, public speaking, presentation, and monitoring.

Responsible for being able to complete and perfom all job specialties including vacuuming, picking office trash, cleaning restrooms, and utility work daily. Attended monthly safety meetings. Helped manager plan and run monthly safety meetings for crew. Monthly safety observations on fellow crew members.
