As Guest Service Manager I am to manage all employees on the floor as well as providing Service to all guest. As well as giving change and running register. Video Manager duties were to set up all promotional sales and endcaps in department. As well as providing help to guest in the department as well as other departments.
- While working at Hastings I moved up quite fast in rank. I work well with my fellow employees and provide great customer satisfactory skills. I worked well with setting up promotional end caps and displays as well as keeping my video department clean and satisfactory. I'm great with management skills providing detailed information for my associates to run the department while I'm away. Also at Hastings I had the opportunity to be a Guest Service Manager. Being over the front end and floor associates while other member of management was away. Gave me the opportunity to grow better management skills before becoming a video manager.

- Working at Wal Mart I also moved up quite fast in rank. I went from being a cashier to being a Customer Service Manager within 2 months of working there. I was usual over at least 20 or more associates at a time. Great with customer satisfaction and also worked quite well with all my fellow associates.
