  • With the Director of Finance and Operations: Plan, implement and monitor the budget for Collegiate School's plant operations; approve all plant related bills for payment

  • Competitively price and arrange purchases of required supplies and equipment

  • Negotiated all outside contracts for both service companies and construction contractors


1993- 1995- Manager Mechanical Systems and Plant Engineering

Responsibilities include general maintenance of hospital office buildings totaling over 1,200,000 square feet. Maintaining all the heating and air conditioning equipment including 25,000 tons in chillers and absorption units. All plumbing and pneumic systems. Reporting to me are two (2) engineers, two (2) supervisors, and fifteen (15) skilled technicians. Negotiate all mechanical service contracts.
